Job summary

Key responsibilities include managing application support, upgrades and implementations; coordinating with business users, vendors, developers and infrastructure teams; monitoring service levels and incidents; driving optimization and automation; and preparing technical documentation and management reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application management, support, or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, Agile, and application support processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and system integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder, and vendor-management skills.
• Experience managing technical teams and multiple applications/projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage application support, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead application implementation and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and production issues.

• Ensure applications meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and management reports.
• Lead and mentor application support/development teams.
