Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, CE or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years IT experience with at least 4 years in a technical role and 6 years in project management.
Good grasp of IT technologies (on premise and Cloud), methodologies, architectures, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Project Management: manage delivery of projects, gather requirements, design, plan, test, and deploy solutions.
Maintenance and Support: ensure SLAs, handle enhancements and bug fixes, manage service requests.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with users to crystallize requirements and ensure IT governance compliance.
Coordinate annual IT project planning and assist in prioritisation of enhancements.
