Job summary

Kyndryl in Singapore is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to support and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft environments, ensuring system stability, performance, security and availability. You will administer application and web servers, batch processes, patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience and hands-on work with app/web servers, batch processing, and database refreshes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft administration or enterprise app support.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft app/web servers, batch processing, patching, upgrades, and database refresh activities.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, VMware, backup/recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
• PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleSoft application and web servers, batch processes, and environment maintenance.
• Support patching, upgrades, database refreshes, performance tuning, and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and support change, problem, and request management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations.
