Job summary

HRNET TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of clients. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and address client payroll queries with a focus on compliance and issue resolution.

You will handle monthly inputs, checks, reconciliations and statutory submissions, maintaining clear payroll records while working independently to meet multiple deadlines and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle payroll processing for Singapore entities.
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Able to manage payroll processes independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned clients.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with payroll systems and learning new technologies.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Ensure payroll processing, statutory contributions and related submissions comply with Singapore employment and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for clients.
• Manage multiple payroll deadlines independently, proactively identify potential issues, and provide support for time-sensitive payroll matters and business needs when required.
