Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end payroll for site-based and head-office staff, ensuring timely salary payments and strict adherence to company policies.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on payroll experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel. You will handle statutory filings and collaborate with multiple departments to support HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing for site-based and head-office staff.
• Knowledge of statutory contributions and filings.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software familiarity.
• Familiarity with attendance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for site-based and head-office employees.
• Ensure timely monthly salary payments in line with company policies.
• Manage statutory contributions and filings (PF, ESI, WPS, PT, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund).
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and monthly reports.
• Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to validate attendance records, manpower deployment, and labour utilization reports.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll-related employee queries and grievances.
• Coordinate with site HR teams, project managers, and contractors to support smooth HR operations.
• Track labour movement, absenteeism, and attrition trends across sites and prepare management reports.
