Job summary

Wintech Nano-Technology Services Pte Ltd is seeking an organized HR Executive to own HR and payroll operations across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, monthly payroll, CPF submissions, MOM compliance, leave administration, and HR reporting while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience in Singapore.
• Strong hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing and salary payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data management and reconciliation skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation (Employment Act, WICA) and MOM/CPF/IRAS systems.
• Experience with Opensoft payroll and e-leave systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Process monthly payroll using Opensoft, CPF submissions, GIRO payments.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and MOM compliance.
• Prepare annual IRAS submissions (IR8A) and IR21 tax clearances.
• Handle leave administration, reimbursements, and NS-related claims.
• Review Staff Handbook and handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and employee welfare activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and other HR duties.
