Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a similar industry or environment.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements in Singapore.
• Ability to meet tight payroll deadlines and maintain data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll for employees and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Consolidate and verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data from HR and operational teams.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and management summaries.
• Handle statutory submissions and payments, including CPF contributions, IRAS reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee information.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding promptly to payroll-related enquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure payroll data accuracy and timely processing.
• Support annual audits, payroll reconciliations, and internal compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to payroll governance, data confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
