Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll management.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices, rewards administration, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing payroll operations for medium to large employee populations.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and governance of compensation and benefits programmes.
