Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an SAP HCM specialist to lead end-to-end support and change initiatives across SAP HCM modules. You will collaborate with HR and business teams to identify challenges, design solutions, configure systems, and ensure testing, deployment, and post-go-live success.

You will manage payroll and time evaluation schemas, oversee system integrations with external systems, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory and internal control standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and time evaluation processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication with HR and business stakeholders.
• Experience with system integrations and data interfaces.
• Documented compliance and internal control awareness.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end SAP HCM support and change initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide advanced functional expertise in SAP HCM modules, resolving issues while communicating with stakeholders.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and/or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
• Work with HR and business teams to identify challenges and propose process or system enhancements.
• Oversee integrations between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth data exchange.
• Prepare and maintain documentation ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls.
