MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is partnering with a global healthcare technology organisation to appoint a Senior Payroll FP&A professional for SEA markets. The role focuses on payroll forecasting, budgeting and workforce planning, with extensive cross-functional interaction across finance, HR and business leaders.

You will build and enhance payroll models, monitor headcount costs, and deliver insights on trends, productivity and profitability to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of exposure to payroll cost analysis, workforce planning, headcount reporting, or employee-related financial data within a multinational environment.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning activities across SEA markets.
• Maintain and enhance payroll reporting models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to track employee movements and workforce costs.
• Analyse payroll and headcount variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations.
• Support operating expense forecasting by integrating workforce-related costs into financial planning processes.
• Assist in business initiatives, including organisational changes, workforce expansion, and acquisition-related assessments.
• Deliver management insights on payroll trends, productivity, and profitability to support commercial decisions.
