The role leads compensation and benefits reviews, benchmarks, and policy initiatives, collaborating with senior HR and finance stakeholders. Qualifications

15+ years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience.
Proven track record developing remuneration strategies and reward frameworks.
Experience working with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation and benefits reviews, projects, and policy initiatives independently.
Advise stakeholders on rewards programmes, remuneration frameworks, and implementation matters.
Conduct market benchmarking, workforce analytics, and compensation assessments.
Develop business cases, cost modelling, and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
Support annual remuneration exercises and incentive programme administration.
Drive alignment of rewards practices across various business units and institutions.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement compensation programmes and process improvements.
