Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer specialized in Payments to support, operate, and continuously improve its payment platform ecosystem, including VolPay by Volante Technologies.

This role covers production support activities, Level 2/Level 3 incident management, payment flow analysis, platform monitoring, and participation in strategic payment-related projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking application support.
• Significant experience supporting VolPay or a similar payment platform.
• Experience within an international banking or financial services environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the VolPay platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Manage Docker deployments and Ansible-based automation.
• Monitor and improve system performance and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Service Bureau, infrastructure teams, and partners including SWIFT.
