Job summary

ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to act as the technical expert for VolPay. You will work with the Service Bureau team, business stakeholders, and external partners, covering incident management, platform monitoring, and strategic payment projects across multiple time zones.

The role involves on-call rotations, Docker/MQ/DB operations, and analysis of ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging. Strong Unix/Linux skills and automation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking/applications experience.
• Experience with VolPay or similar platform is highly preferred.
• Experience in an international banking/financial services setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the VolPay platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and coordinate with stakeholders during incident management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Manage Docker container operations via Ansible Tower and monitor deployments.
• Support monitoring and troubleshooting of payments and SWIFT-related flows.
