Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or frontline patient services is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT systems, call centre platforms and administrative applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient service operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and post-call follow-up across systems such as HAS.
• Coordinate referrals to care centres and ensure smooth handover to providers.
• Handle patient inquiries with service recovery and escalate when needed.
• Ensure PDPA and confidentiality compliance in handling patient information.
• Support directory maintenance of healthcare services and operating hours.
• Assist with administrative and operational activities for NurseFirst services.
