Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a Gov Healthcare - 1 Yr Contract Patient Service Associate for Singapore's Emergency Department in a fast-paced setting.

You will register patients via phone and upfront enquiries, collect payments, and provide financial counselling for admissions while liaising with Bed Management for beds and arranging SOC appointments for EMD patients. Ensure accurate document sorting for Medical Records and deliver excellent patient service to families.

Qualifications

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
• Collect payment/ deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's(EMD) patients
• Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO)
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
• Replenish inventory when stock is low
