Job summary

NHG Health Group is seeking a Partnership Implementation lead to oversee Epic Applications project management and delivery across NGEMR Epic modules, aligning with NHG's informatics strategy. You will coordinate with clinicians, IT teams and leadership to ensure timely, value-driven delivery and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in clinical informatics with proven PM/portfolio experience in healthcare and familiarity with Epic EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, computer science, operations, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or related field.
• Proven project and portfolio management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Professional certification in project management or ITIL is optional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Epic Applications project management (Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
• Prioritise projects based on strategic importance, resources, and impact.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Engage with clinical staff to ensure user-centric informatics solutions.
• Track portfolio progress with metrics and drive process improvements.
