Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking an experienced Partnership Implementation lead to oversee NGEMR Epic project management and a broader portfolio of clinical informatics initiatives within NHG Group Health Informatics. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and portfolio management in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR is advantageous.
• Professional certification in Project Management or ITIL is optional.

Responsibilities

• End Project Management of Epic Applications modules such as Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, etc.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Engage with clinical staff to understand needs and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Create SOPs and allocate resources to maximize project outcomes.
• Regularly review and refine project management processes for efficiency.
