National University Health System is seeking an IT leader to develop and implement IT strategies for the Diagnostics business, aligning with goals and leveraging trends to drive efficiency.

You will oversee planning, development and execution of IT workplans, with a focus on EPIC Beaker and NGEMR systems, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT initiatives across Diagnostics services.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in healthcare (laboratory) IT
• 2+ years in an IT application specialist role
• Leadership experience with teams, stakeholders and projects
• Proven track record in IT solutioning and data analysis

Responsabilidades

• Lead and plan polyclinic instrument IT connectivity projects, oversee testing and timely delivery
• Collaborate with other departments on IT work plans for seamless service delivery
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on operations
• Ensure effective change communication across the organization
• Oversee BAU IT activities, ensuring compliance with GITO, budgeting and resources
