Job summary

Drake International (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Paralegal | Senior Legal Executive - Asia to join our Singapore-based team. You will own the preparation of legal documents, review agreements for accuracy, and ensure compliance with internal policies while managing contract execution and approvals for APAC.

You will support the Legal Department in staying updated on regulatory issues relating to distribution and exploitation of content across Asia Pacific, including consumer and advertising

Qualifications

• Experience preparing legal documents and agreements.
• Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy of legal texts.
• Experience managing contract execution and approvals for APAC.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and agreements and review for accuracy.
• Proofread and refine drafted agreements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
• Manage contract execution and status updates for APAC to management and commercial teams.
• Stay updated on regulatory issues affecting distribution, exploitation of content, and advertising in Asia Pacific.
