Taylor Root is seeking two Corporate Paralegals to join its APAC Legal team in Singapore. You will work alongside highly regarded lawyers on a broad range of corporate matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, coordinating signing workflows across contracting parties, and maintaining up-to-date legal databases.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with proficiency in contract management tools, DocuSign, MS Office and basic AI tools.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
