Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an APAC Paralegal / Legal Executive for a 3-6 months contract. You will provide legal and operational support across APAC jurisdictions, reporting to APAC Legal Counsel.

The role is full-time and on-site (Location: Near Taiseng MRT), with approximately 3–5 years of experience. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing a high volume of matters, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling routine legal processes independently with strong attention

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant paralegal or similar experience.
• In-house or law firm background preferred.
• Familiar with contract management systems; Conga is an advantage.
• Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Law degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and administer standard agreements, statements of work, amendments and other routine documents.
• Manage contract intake and workflow through the CLM system.
• Support notarization, corporate records, and regulatory document collection.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and external counsel; track invoices and matter status.
• Assist with AI-enabled drafting, summarization and document review.
