Job summary

The position involves working on-site in Tai Seng for a 3-6 month contract, with exposure to CLM platforms, DocuSign and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, legal executive or similar role.
• Experience with contract management systems or CLM platforms; Conga is an advantage.
• Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of document management, contract execution and basic corporate administration.
• Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows; exposure to agentic AI or workflow automation is an advantage.
• A law degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, processing and administration of contracts, amendments and other legal documents.
• Manage contract intake, workflows, legal tickets, approvals, signatures and document filing.
• Assist with corporate and regulatory documentation across APAC, including coordination with internal teams, service providers and external counsel.
• Support notarisation, legalisation, due diligence and basic document reviews.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for litigation, employment, investigations and other legal matters.
• Coordinate document collection and supporting information with HR, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional legal projects, meeting notes, action tracking and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Maintain legal templates, playbooks, guidance materials and process documentation.
• Support process improvements and use approved AI tools for drafting, summarisation, research, document review and workflow automation.
