Job summary

Exclusive Networks Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Legal Counsel APAC to manage legal, regulatory and compliance matters for the APAC region, based in Singapore. You will partner with C-suite, regional leadership and cross-functional teams to enable growth while mitigating risk.

The role covers contract negotiation, governance, data privacy and cross-border regulatory compliance, requiring strong corporate law experience in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in a multinational organization or international law firm is highly desirable.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with high integrity and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted legal advisor to C-suite, APAC regional leadership and business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements across APAC jurisdictions.
• Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy and external counsel management.
