Job summary

Brainlabs is seeking a Paid Performance Manager to lead brilliant paid search and social campaigns for clients, primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads, delivering on KPIs, budgets, and timelines.

You will deliver insightful campaign reporting, link outcomes to other Practices, and help grow knowledge across Associates while building your own expertise in the broader Practice. You’ll drive process improvements and occasionally present to clients.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Paid Performance channels, in particular Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong strategy, innovation and client management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Advancing data analysis and storytelling abilities.
• High attention to detail, methodical and process oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Paid Performance campaigns (Search and Social) that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance and connect to other Practices.
• Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help grow knowledge across the population.
• Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact.
• Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.
