TOPPAN TRIDENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to shape distinctive packaging systems for global FMCG brands, translating briefs into scalable design solutions across markets.

The role blends creativity with production accuracy, requiring strong branding fundamentals and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to audits and innovations, and mentor junior designers while ensuring design integrity through artwork and production

Formación

• Strong grounding in branding and packaging design within FMCG/CPG environments.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and design-to-shelf thinking.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality while understanding production constraints.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategically grounded, commercially effective packaging design across multiple brands and markets.
• Translate briefs into ownable, scalable design systems from concept to shelf.
• Collaborate with Account and Strategy teams to align with business objectives.
• Bridge design, adaptation, and production across Trident functions.
• Contribute to audits, renovations, and innovation pipelines.
• Take ownership from concept through artwork and production readiness.
• Maintain design integrity through execution and QA checks.
• Present work clearly, articulating creative and strategic rationale.
• Support and mentor junior designers to foster learning and craft excellence.
