Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore Fabric & Home Care is seeking an experienced designer to craft visual strategy and execution for brands used by millions daily. You will lead 2D packaging design and related touchpoints, partnering with cross-functional teams to create delightful, scalable visuals.

The role requires 5–10 years in graphic design, a BA/BS in Graphic Design, and a strong portfolio in packaging and brand identity.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating design mastery in graphic design, packaging, and brand identity.
Minimum 5–10 years of full-time graphic design experience.
Experience designing for FMCG brands.
Strong ability to develop scalable visual systems across channels, markets, formats.

Responsibilities

Under direction of design lead, build concepts and develop the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints including brand identity, packaging, visual communications and digital commerce.
Support creation and execution of Brand Guidelines to ensure assets are applied consistently and creatively across brand touchpoints and regions.
Participates in the development and implementation of initiatives touchpoints including packaging, digital commerce, brand identity including graphic adaptations into reapplication markets.
Participate in design brainstorms, weekly studio meetings, design reviews and print production meetings.
Communicate conceptual and directional choices.
Be accountable for excellent execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
