Job summary

Procter & Gamble I'ntl Operations SA Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Fabric & Home Care Designer in Singapore to craft visual strategy and execute 2D packaging and touchpoints for popular brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver delightful, on-brand designs for everyday consumer products.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-time graphic design experience.
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
• Portfolio demonstrating design mastery in graphic design, packaging and brand identity.
• Experience in designing for FMCG brands.
• Design thinking for user-centered, scalable visual systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to frequent change.
• Proficient with AI, Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop; After Effects, Premiere, Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under direction of design lead, build concepts and develop the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints including brand identity, packaging, visual communications and digital commerce.
• Support the creation and execution of Brand Guidelines to ensure assets are applied consistently and creatively across brand touchpoints and regions.
• Participate in development and implementation of initiatives across packaging, digital commerce and brand identity including graphic adaptations into reapplication markets.
• Participate in design brainstorms, weekly studio meetings, design reviews and print production meetings.
• Communicate conceptual and directional choices.
• Be accountable for excellent execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
