Job summary

TOPPAN Trident Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Client Servicing to build strong client relationships and coordinate projects across artwork, pre-press and production timelines.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented candidates fluent in English and Japanese, who can act as the connection point between clients, internal teams and production partners. The position involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, customer service, project coordination or production coordination.
• Fluent in English and native or business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 equivalent).
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Clarify client requirements and manage timelines.
• Coordinate artwork, pre-press and production workflows using Trident and client systems.
• Track deliverables and flag risks or delays early.
• Support scheduling, quotations, PO and invoicing coordination.
• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
