FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior Platform Architect to lead architecture, standards, security and performance for an Enterprise OutSystems case management platform, including its integration with AI and agentic AI capabilities.

You will define reference architectures, non-functional requirements, observability, and governance, ensuring alignment with Government ICT&SS policies and enterprise AI foundations, while mentoring teams and driving scalable, high-availability

Competenze

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
At least 7 years’ relevant work experience with 3+ years as technical lead or system architect.
Hands-on experience across at least 3 full project lifecycles.
Experience designing enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, with reusable modules and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of SOA, web services and APIs; data modelling and SQL skills.
Experience in server-side .Net and/or Java is advantageous.
Excellent communication, stakeholder influence and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with GovTech ICT&SS policies, IM8; SSP requirements and observability concepts.

Mansioni

Lead the architecture, standards, security and performance of the platform.
Translate business requirements into architectural specifications and resilience criteria.
Review services and modules; advise on enhancements as needed.
Design the architecture blueprint for business, information and ICT assets.
Use and refine architecture blueprint to align business and ICT.
Define reference architecture for OutSystems and reusable components.
Govern integration with AI Foundation Platform and agentic AI modules.
Define non-functional requirements and verify via capacity and load testing.
Define observability architecture for apps and AI agents with SLIs/SLOs.
Define agentic AI reference architecture, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
Ensure designs comply with IM8/ICT&SS policies and lead security submissions.
Conduct proactive reviews of platform controls and report health to the organisation.
