Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, standards, security and performance of an enterprise OutSystems case management platform, including AI and agentic AI integration.

You will define reference architectures, governance, and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with government policies and enterprise-wide security controls. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to drive complex solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a technical lead or system architect (e.g. system design, performance tuning, prototyping and maintenance).
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, including reusable modules, integrations and performance tuning. Must possess excellent data modelling and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, web services and APIs, and public web sites / eservices development.
• Experience in server-side .Net and/or Java development is an advantage.
• Solid technical skills and the ability to leverage them to determine the best solution to a technical problem
• Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution

• Strong organization and people handling skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Government ICT&SS management policies (IM8), System Security Plan (SSP) requirements and observability concepts, and has applied them in system design, guardrails and monitoring
• Experience governing a Centre of Excellence for application platforms and common agentic services with demonstrated success in managing controls and observability.
• Strong understanding of GovTech techstack to ensure platform interoperability with WOG common products and services
• Experience defining non-functional requirements and designing for high performance, high availability and scalability
• Familiar with ICT&SS and SSP requirements, able to conduct proactive reviews of controls at regular intervals and drive remediation

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for the platform aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Translate requirements, including resiliency, into architectural specs.
• Review quality of common services and advise on enhancements.
• Design architecture blueprint for organisation's assets using multiple models.
• Govern architecture blueprint to align business and ICT.
• Define reference architecture for OutSystems and reusable components for consistency.
• Govern integration with AI Foundation Platform and agentic AI modules.
• Define non-functional requirements and verify via capacity planning and testing.
• Define observability architecture for apps and AI agents (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Define reference architecture for agentic AI (patterns, tool/API integration, identity, human-in-the-loop).
• Ensure designs comply with IM8/ICT&SS policies and lead architecture security submissions.
• Conduct proactive reviews of controls against ICT&SS/IM8 requirements and report health
