Jobline Resources Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT leader to architect, develop, and govern enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead teams across OutSystems and Microsoft Power Platform, drive digital transformation, and ensure secure, auditable deployments.

Formación

• Experience leading IT management, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing enterprise web/portal app development teams using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions including Generative AI and Copilot.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions and driving AI adoption.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise business applications.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Review solution designs for scalability, security, maintainability and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Support digital transformation by evaluating technologies and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, and other low-code platforms.
• Establish development governance, coding standards, release management, and lifecycle management practices.
• Review and approve solution designs from internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure applications are audit-ready and adequately documented.
• Drive AI adoption within the organization through Enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Generative AI).
• Identify and implement AI use cases to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and govern AI-powered solutions, chatbots, knowledge management systems, and digital assistants.
• Provide guidance on AI governance, security, and responsible use.
• Engage business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Conduct platform suitability assessments and recommend optimal solutions.
• Support project estimation, planning, and implementation activities.
• Manage vendors and project teams to ensure delivery quality and timeliness.
• Participate in system evaluations, procurement activities, and technical reviews.
• Ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new solution implementations.
• Establish and maintain application documentation standards.
• Drive automation of documentation, knowledge repositories, and support processes.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability development across IT teams.
• Provide technical coaching on application architecture, AI technologies, and development best practices.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, security requirements, and review processes.
• Oversee testing strategies (SIT, UAT, regression testing, production readiness).
• Ensure proper release management, deployment governance, and post-implementation support processes.
