Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior System Architect to lead the Co-Development Business Unit in Singapore. You will design end-to-end platform architecture, govern AI-enabled workloads, and ensure alignment with government security and observability requirements.

You will drive architecture governance, oversee platform reference models, and collaborate with MinLaw and AI teams to deliver scalable, secure applications built on OutSystems and integrated with AWS Bedrock.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Solid understanding of SOA, web services, APIs and public websites/eservices.
• Experience integrating AI or generative AI services (e.g. Amazon Bedrock) into enterprise apps.
• Ability to govern a Centre of Excellence for application platforms and common services.

Responsabilidades

• Define the end-to-end architecture for the platform aligned with Agency Enterprise Architecture.
• Translate business requirements into architectural specifications for the platform.
• Review quality of common services and modules and advise improvements.
• Define reference architecture and reusable component standards for the case management platform.
• Govern architecture quality and integration with the enterprise AI Foundation Platform.
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security) and verify via tests.
• Define observability architecture (logging, metrics, tracing, SLIs/SLOs).
• Lead architecture and security submissions for platform and AI changes.
