Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of the MinLaw Case Management Platform, built on OutSystems, with emphasis on AI integration and secure, scalable design. You will drive reference architectures, governance, and collaboration with AI engineers and stakeholders.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years in architecture roles, strong SOA/API skills, and proven delivery across multiple life cycles.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a technical lead or system architect.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, including reusable modules, integrations and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, web services and APIs, and public web sites / eservices development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for MinLaw CAMP platform and AI integration.
• Translate business requirements into architectural specifications.
• Define architecture blueprint and reusable components for case management platform.
• Govern architecture quality and AI platform integration with enterprise AI Foundation and Bedrock services.
• Define non-functional requirements and verify via capacity planning, performance and load testing.
• Ensure compliance with IM8/ICT&SS policies and lead security submissions.
