Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; MBA or graduate level qualifications will be a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; more for a senior title.
• Internal or external operational consulting experience.
• Diverse experiences; bi-lingual/multilingual and/or worked outside Singapore.
• Able to travel (<20%) and respond to fast-paced work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and development of business and operational strategy under senior leadership.
• Drive transformative strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Own full life cycle of solutioning; lead discovery, program-management, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and surface risks; secure buy-in.
• Advocate AI deployment across the life cycle of solutioning and solutions.
