Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive the integrated management of an enterprise AI portfolio in Singapore. You will connect strategy, investment, delivery, adoption and value realisation, coordinating across business, product, technology, data, finance, legal and risk teams to ensure outcomes.

You will shape executive read-outs, investment cases and decision papers, translating complex AI initiatives into clear strategic narratives for C-suite audiences and steering

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in strategy, management consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios and influencing senior executives.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive outcomes.
• Experience creating executive-level narratives and decision materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated management of enterprise AI portfolio across strategy, investment, delivery, adoption and value realization.
• Drive portfolio prioritisation, sequencing and governance balancing impact, readiness, risk and resources.
• Establish a clear, decision-ready view of portfolio health and identify interventions.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance with business, product, tech, data, finance, legal and risk teams.
• Synthesize value, tech developments and risks into concise executive narratives for leadership forums.
• Develop investment cases and decision papers outlining progress, trade-offs and actions.
