Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. seeks a seasoned professional to lead formulation and development of business and operational strategy under senior leadership, tackling organizational effectiveness and efficiency across the Corporate Platform Operating Division.

You will collaborate with internal teams and consultants, coach a small task force, and manage end-to-end solutioning. Ensure recommendations are practical and clearly understood by senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field; MBA or graduate qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience; senior title commensurate with experience.
• Operational consulting experience, internal or external.
• Diverse experiences; bilingual/multilingual and/or worked outside Singapore and/or transitions between industries.
• Able to travel (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and workstream formulation under senior leadership.
• Drive transformative strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead a small task force of 2–3 members; coach the team and facilitate delivery.
• Own the full life cycle of solutioning: discovery, program management, and recommendations.
• Ensure integrity, completeness, and practicality of recommendations to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder communications and secure buy‑in.
• Promote deployment of AI across the life cycle of solutioning and solutions.
• Lead the execution of key solutions where applicable.
• Facilitate strategic discussions among senior leaders.
• Contribute to the knowledge base of the Operational Excellence team.
