Job description

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their immigration, relocation and related requirements.
• Identify clients’ needs, assess their profiles and recommend suitable immigration and relocation services.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients, explain available programmes and services, address enquiries and guide them towards suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage leads throughout the sales process to drive conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support client retention, referrals and business growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of immigration programmes, visa and permit requirements across various jurisdictions, including Singapore, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, Malaysia etc.
• Keep up to date with changes in immigration policies, regulations and programme requirements to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Provide consultations on complex immigration and relocation matters and develop appropriate strategies based on clients’ objectives and circumstances.
• Advise corporate clients on immigration and relocation requirements, including business relocation matters where applicable.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed clients and accurate communication of their requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including HR teams, legal professionals and external vendors, where required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide a high standard of service throughout the engagement.
• Prepare proposals, presentation materials and other client-facing materials, and conduct presentations, seminars and other business development activities to generate interest and support client engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities and relevant information in the company database.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on leads, conversions and business development activities.
• Perform other sales, business development and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
