Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is hiring a senior logistics leader to run large-scale, multi-site operations across East/West Singapore. You will lead teams, shape strategic roadmaps, and drive profitability with strong P&L discipline.

The role requires 10+ years in contract logistics or warehouse operations, proven leadership across managers, and hands-on experience with automation and transformation projects. A competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in contract logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing managers across large-scale, multi-site operations.
• Strong P&L management and track record of improving performance.
• Hands-on exposure to automation and transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead at scale. Run a large, complex logistics operation or a portfolio of business units and distribution hubs with sizeable inventory and teams.
• Set the direction. Build and deliver operational roadmaps that balance short-term tactical plans with long-term strategies for scalability, automation and growth.
• Own the numbers. Take full P&L responsibility for major portfolios, driving profitability, cost optimisation and efficiency.
• Invest in the future. Evaluate and propose CAPEX projects, such as warehouse automation, MHE and facility upgrades, backed by robust ROI analysis and business cases.
• Build leaders, not just teams. Lead organisational development, workforce planning and succession planning to create a strong leadership pipeline.
• Shape key partnerships. Work with senior stakeholders on business strategy, lead commercial discussions, support contract renewals and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Drive transformation. Lead large-scale continuous improvement initiatives alongside Engineering, IT, Commercial and other functions.
• Keep the business resilient. Oversee workplace safety, operational risk and business continuity planning.

What we're looking for
