Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse/Logistics Manager in Singapore to oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will drive efficient space utilization, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and implement SOPs in a fast‑paced environment. With 5–8 years in contract logistics, you will apply Lean principles, manage WMS/SAP systems, and present performance reviews to executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in P&L management, Lean implementations, and leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of lease terms, pricing models, and SLA penalties.
• Excellent executive presentation skills for QBRs and steering meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Plan warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
• Allocate manpower based on volume forecasts and workload; ensure accurate stock records and cycle counts.
• Manage WMS and SAP; investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (WSH Act, SCDF).
• Conduct safety drills, risk assessments and audits.
• Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to propose process improvements.
• Lead or participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
• Serve as the key contact for customers.
