Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee daily inbound/outbound and inventory control.

You will plan layout, optimize space, and ensure on-time order fulfilment per KPIs. You will lead a multi-site team, implement SOPs, manage WMS/SAP systems, and drive Lean initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in a managerial role within contract logistics.
• Proven P&L, Lean, and large multi-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Plan warehouse layout and optimize space for efficiency.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery per SLAs/KPIs.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
• Allocate manpower based on forecasts and workload.
• Manage stock records and cycle counts; investigate stock discrepancies.
• Utilize WMS and SAP; drive improvements with data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Lead Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Drive automation and digital transformation projects; be customer liaison.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Plan and execute warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
• Allocate manpower based on volume forecasts and workload.
• Ensure accurate stock records and regular cycle counts.
• Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other logistics systems (i.e. SAP).
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, SCDF regulations).
• Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and audits.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to propose process improvements.
• Lead or participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
• Serve as the key contact for customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a managerial position within Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in P&L management, Lean implementations, and leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand lease terms, pricing models, and SLA penalties.
• Excellent executive presentation skills for leading customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and internal steering meetings.
