Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking a Transformation Lead in Singapore's East region to drive end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution operations.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to redesign workflows, lift productivity and service levels, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects end-to-end. Set the scope, timelines, deliverables and success metrics, then manage risks and keep senior stakeholders informed through to delivery.
• Find and fix inefficiencies. Use Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to uncover process gaps, redesign workflows, and lift productivity and service levels.
• Turn data into decisions. Analyse operational data to find trends and root causes, build dashboards and KPIs, and share insights that leadership acts on.
• Set the standard. Develop best practices and roll them out consistently across sites.
• Bring people with you. Partner with Operations, HR, Finance and IT, and work with site leaders to embed new ways of working.
• Lead the change. Run workshops, training and communication plans that build a lasting continuous improvement culture.
• Deliver bottom-line results. Identify cost savings, improve resource utilisation and track the benefits your projects bring.

Requirements:

• Experience in modern warehouse and distribution, supply chain design (automation and other modern warehousing innovation (robotics, digitalisation) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry; knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.
• Possess solid persuasive skills when presenting the proposed solution(s) to the customer.
