Job summary

SingPost seeks a seasoned operations leader to direct a large processing hub of about 500 staff across multiple shifts. You will optimize daily mail and parcel sorting to meet SLAs, control costs, and enforce health and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, Tech, Engineering, and Compliance teams to implement data-driven improvements and sustain long-term efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Strong people and stakeholder management with large-scale 24/7 workforce experience (500+ staff).
• Advanced data analytics using modern tools to optimize workflows and analyze volume trends.
• Familiarity with automated sorting systems and strict SLA management.
• Proficiency in Service Design and Design Thinking for process improvements.
• Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety regulations, risk mitigation, and auditing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize a 500+ staff processing operation across multiple shifts.
• Plan and coordinate 24/7 rosters and peak-period staffing.
• Analyze traffic, productivity KPIs, and generate regular P&L and cost reports.
• Apply design thinking to identify bottlenecks and drive end-to-end workflow improvements.
• Oversee cross-functional collaborations with Operations, Tech, Engineering, Customer Service, and Compliance.
• Engage with vendors and client accounts, guiding tech enhancements from rollout to full integration.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead investigations into operational discrepancies.
