Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking an Operations Control Center staff to oversee both international and domestic shipment monitoring, tracking milestones, coordinating with carriers, and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

You will monitor shipments end-to-end, escalate delays, prepare reports, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance while keeping stakeholders informed. This role requires proactive problem-solving and strong communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Basic communication and coordination skills required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities needed to monitor shipments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI and Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor international and domestic shipments from origin to delivery using carrier portals and tracking platforms.
• Track shipment progress against milestones including pickup, departure, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Identify delays, exceptions, and risks; escalate to operations teams promptly.
