Singapore Post Limited seeks an experienced operations leader to direct a large-scale, 24/7 processing hub supporting mail and parcel sorting. You will optimize throughput, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement across multiple shifts and teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cost control, and strong safety governance while coordinating with cross-functional partners to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, business, or related field is required.
• Experience in large-scale operations and 24/7 processing environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 processing rosters and a 500+ staff workforce.
• Optimize daily sorting operations to meet SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Allocate shifts during peak periods and festive cycles.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare data-driven action plans for cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement using Service Design and Design Thinking.
• Collaborate with Ops, Tech, Engineering, Compliance, and external partners.
• Enforce Workplace Health and Safety regulations and audit standards.
