Job summary

JOBPOSTZ LLP is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Singapore to lead day-to-day activities, ensure service levels, and drive profitability. You will oversee a ~50-person team, manage multi-function operations, and optimize processes to deliver superior customer results.

You will negotiate with suppliers, review monthly performance, and implement best practices to sustain growth. A strong background in logistics, cost control, and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management.
• Experience reading and managing Profit and Loss statements advantageous.
• Ability to supervise ~50 staff and manage relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of SLAs with customers in a fast growing sector per DSC standards.
• Own unit P&L and impact budget.
• Review monthly performance with customers and drive operational excellence.
• Negotiate with suppliers/vendors/contractors for rates and services.
• Build strong customer relationships to retain and grow business.
• Promote best practices and improve productivity across the country.
