in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to oversee site operations for a 3PL facility, driving warehouse management, workflow optimization, facility planning, and automation initiatives. You will lead cost optimization, manage OPEX, support contract renewals and business expansion, and champion Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation to boost productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 3PL Operations.
• Progression through roles such as Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for site operations, including warehouse management, workflow optimization, facility planning, and automation initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization through effective spend management, reviewing overtime, third-party expenses, and operational efficiency improvements
• Act as the primary operational and commercial liaison for customers, supporting contract renewals and business expansion opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects to improve productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
• Manage site P&L, budgeting, resource planning, and approval of operational expenditures within assigned authority limits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements while overseeing manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce performance management.
