You will lead cost optimization, manage OPEX, support contract renewals and business expansion, and champion Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation to boost productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 3PL Operations.
• Progression through roles such as Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for site operations, including warehouse management, workflow optimization, facility planning, and automation initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization through effective spend management, reviewing overtime, third-party expenses, and operational efficiency improvements
• Act as the primary operational and commercial liaison for customers, supporting contract renewals and business expansion opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects to improve productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
• Manage site P&L, budgeting, resource planning, and approval of operational expenditures within assigned authority limits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements while overseeing manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce performance management.
