KJFEM Singapore is seeking an accomplished Operations leader to head the overall Singapore operations, ensuring service quality, profitability, workforce productivity, and regulatory compliance across all contracts while driving sustainable growth.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the P&L, lead a multi-site team of 100+ staff, align with PWM/WSH requirements, and collaborate with the Malaysia team on cross-border initiatives.
To lead the overall operations of KJFEM Singapore, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, workforce productivity, and sustainable business growth while maintaining compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
Own end-to-end operational performance across all Singapore contracts, ensuring service quality, manpower deployment, and SLAs are consistently met.
Develop and execute the Singapore operations strategy in line with company growth targets, budget, and revenue objectives.
Manage P&L for the Singapore business unit, including budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers, Executives, and Supervisors, building a strong succession pipeline.
Act as the senior client-facing point of contact for key accounts, including facilities and industrial clients, managing escalations and strengthening long-term relationships.
Drive workforce planning, manpower optimisation, and compliance with Singapore’s Progressive Wage Model (PWM) and related labour regulations.
Oversee WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) compliance, audits, and risk management across all sites.
Standardise and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and quality control systems across the Singapore portfolio.
Support new business development, including client proposals, site assessments, and contract mobilisation for new accounts.
Report regularly to the General Manager on operational KPIs, financial performance, risks, and improvement plans.
Collaborate with the Malaysia operations team to align best practices, resourcing, and cross-border support where relevant.
