Job summary

SOQ International Academy Singapore seeks an Operations Supervisor to supervise and guide Operations Executives, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery across the training centre.

You will oversee student support, scheduling, classroom readiness, trainer deployment, inventory, safety compliance, and coordination with internal departments and vendors to optimise resources and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to Operations Executives to ensure efficient daily operations and service delivery.
• Oversee student support services, including handling student enquiries, attendance matters, course administration, and operational issues.
• Prepare and manage classroom schedules to ensure optimal utilisation of training facilities.
• Coordinate and arrange trainer deployment and teaching schedules in collaboration with the Academic Department.
• Ensure classrooms, training equipment, and learning resources are prepared prior to each class.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure all training sessions are conducted smoothly and in accordance with organisational procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the training centre and coordinate maintenance works with vendors when required.
• Manage inventory of classroom materials, training equipment, stationery, and operational supplies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, EduTrust requirements, workplace safety regulations, and operational SOPs.
• Assist in student registration, course commencement, examinations, assessments, and graduation activities.
• Prepare operational reports, trainer schedules, classroom utilisation reports, and other administrative documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments, trainers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to operational processes and service delivery.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by Management.
