You will lead multi-site operation teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance while shaping strategic direction and cost management through budgeting and forecasting. The role demands 15 years in operations with strong leadership and M&E expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management or related field.
• Strong M&E knowledge and 15 years of experience in operations or facilities management.
• Leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within tight timelines and be resourceful and systematic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure effective operation of facilities at retail malls.
• Lead operation teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to operations across the portfolio.
• Review, improvise/develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and best practices.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost management initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Lead crisis management and business continuity planning; support AEIs and new property takeovers.
